Come and discover how to make decisions about your well-being uniquely
suited to your physical and emotional needs, your place in life and
your sense of yourself. This workshop will focus on identifying the
centers of wellness: Movement, Nutrition, Mind, Spirit and Sensation. We will explore ways to keep a balance in these areas through Yoga, Meditation and Creative Journal Expressive Arts techniques.
This workshop will be presented by Irma Burr - Psychologist, Educator and Certified Instructor for Creative Journal Expressive Arts and Yoga. Guest include Ahava Middle Eastern Dance Troupe, Joy Bangles and Wellness Technology.
This workshop will be held at the McAllen Creative Incubator, 1001 S
16th St in McAllen on Tuesday, May 20th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Cost is
