GIRL POWER WORKSHOP. Enlighten your Minds with the Magic of Yoga. Express your feelings and emotions through art and journaling. Activities will help you decrease stress, anger and anxiety and empower your self-esteem and self-awareness. For Girls ages 10 to 17. Date: June 23rd to 27th, 2008. Time: 9:00am to 12 noon. Cost: $200 per participant (art material and refreshments will be provided).
ANGELIC YOGA SESSIONS. Innnovative exercises, songs and stories to strengthen little bodies, build character and create peaceful children and a peaceful world. For children ages 5 and up. Date: Weekly hour long sessions from July 7th to July 25th, 2008. Time: For schedule, please call Irma. Cost: $60.00 per week.
