CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
On-line registration must be completed one week before the festival, March 30, 2008!

If field trips, we will notify you by phone or in writing and issue a full refund or schedule another event. You may cancel your reservation(s) at any time for any reason in writing by email (acortina@mcallencvb.com), at which time the following refund policy will apply:

*Cancellations received by February 24 will be fully refunded.
*Cancellations received February 25-March 2 will be refunded 50%.
*Cancellations postmarked after March 2 cannot be refunded.
*No-shows will not be refunded.
*An administration fee of an additional $10 will be deducted from each refund after March 2.
*Refunds for payments made by check will be mailed the week of April 28
*Refunds for payments by credit card will be credited to your account as they are received.
